Tartu 2024 Foundation is responsible for European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 is the main event in Estonia in 2024 and the largest joint endeavour of Tartu and Southern Estonia. The title year is the culmination of five years of activity. The concept of Tartu 2024, Arts of Survival, and its projects address burning topics in Estonia and Europe. Be it the effect of human activity on the climate crisis, social inequality, mental health problems, or the sustainability of small towns and rural areas. Our European Capital of Culture programme has a strong legacy-programme which takes place from 2025 to 2028. We aim to create possibilities for positive changes on both the community level and regionally, and show the way for Europe. Tartu 2024 has its very own youth initiative called Tartu 2024 Extended, aimed at fostering youth engagement for 14-19 year olds in cultural field. It is a developmental programme and we already have 72 alumni and they have made events which have reached to 17000 youngsters in Tartu and Souther Estonia. From January 2025 we started with the 4th class and new 26 participants. Together with Extended youngsters this AI-topic has been developed in Tartu.The title year is the culmination of five years of activity.

Inter Alia is a non-profit organisation active in the fields of education, advocacy, youth work and culture with a vision and mission to create an inclusive, active and sustainable European civil society. As far as the cultural and creative sectors are concerned, the organisation’s aim is to contribute to their flourishing and sustainability by designing, organising and offering:

In Connection is a dynamic non-profit organisation established in August 2023 in Kraków, Poland dedicated to promoting gender equality within the entrepreneurial and creative markets. The organisation’s mission is to support women and girls in the ESTEAM sector (Entrepreneurship, Art and STEM) with access to high-quality entrepreneurial, creative and digital education. The organization is activate in the field of adult education and youth work, and supports its mission by: co-creating exhibitions and events that offer visibility to young artists and herstories; offering hackathons and digital training on the cross-section of art and technology; and organise mobilities and international opportunities for young professionals and graduates of the creative sector.
